You will, as a community manager, work with a small marketing team creating proactive initiatives aimed at engaging and interacting with our community. We are a startup with a smaller team and the decisions you help make will have a large and direct impact on our content and strategy.
Primary responsibilities:
Plan and strategize engaging online and offline community engagement initiatives.
Communicate our mission of creating an anti-toxic space for gamers.
Will be the primary person in charge of digital strategies.
Help solidify a content structure for GamingBuddy.
With multiple platforms to monitor, keep on top of how communities are responding in real-time, using analytics tools to measure things like reach, traffic and engagement.
Help in solidifying an outstanding brand identity for through growth hacking for GamingBuddy
Stay current on gaming industry trends in content creation and online activity.
Build relationships with external stakeholders relevant to our growth. Partner businesses, Streamers/YouTubers/Influencers, Consumers.
Key Accountabilities:
Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
Attend meetings as assigned.
Creatively seek out new trends in ways to interact with the online and offline community.
