What You Do In This Role 

  • Set targets and KPI’s to marketing and sales

  • Taking care of revenue, budgeting and reporting 

  • Coordinate local team 

  • Lead marketing, sales development and sales -> seeing that in one process 

  • Responsible for human resource development (HRD), for example executing necessary trainings

  • Lead team performance to exceeded business goals and objectives

  • Execute business plan in Estonia

  • Make sure that targets are achieved with good team spirit and goal oriented mindset 

  • Co-operating with other Country Manager(s) and HQ

  • Dealing with country specific legal responsibilities

The key elements of running marketing, sales development and sales should be in balance.

What You Need In This Role 

  • Project management skills and structured way of working 

  • Proven track-record in business sales

  • Be oriented to managing people and operations 

  • Always willing to go the extra mile

  • Hard-working and self-motivated personality

  • Interested in feedback and development

  • Willingness to learn and already investing their knowledge

  • Detail-orientation and diligence for implementing it

  • Be tech savvy

  • As a person you are a strong team player and possess initiative, flexibility, confidence by cooperating with different counterparties

  • High self-leadership skills: You feel strong ownership for what you deliver

  • University degree in business administration, economics or any other related field, or a great reason for not having one

  • Native Estonian and fluency in English is expected 

  • Experience working with Hubspot and Russian language is a plus
