Your job will be to make sure our customers are super happy.
What you will do:
Manage and support Scope customers
Support customers (technical issues, bugs or any problem they might have)
Build strong relationships with customers
Communicate new features
Proactively identify potential added value (current features or upsells) in order to give greater value
Analyze customer behaviour to identify improvements
Collect and share product feedback from customers
You:
Positive attitude and eager to help brands succeed
Good understanding of the influencer marketing space
Driven to learn
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
Mediocre humor (optional, it’s more what you can expect from us...)
Must have: EU work permit
Fluent in English and Swedish
Bonus:
Understanding of SaaS
Upsell and renewal experience
