CANNORDIC (CN) is seeking an experienced Professional Sales Manager to secure EU market access and manage the international rollout within a newly developed brand, registered as Medical Device (MD) containing CBD, with a particular focus on Psoriasis and Arthritis. In this role, you are responsible for securing- and shaping market access and the health economic strategies that determine CN's ability to help people with pain relief, including a special focus on Psoriasis and Arthritis, as well as ensure patient access to our products.
CN has started a growth journey to become the preferred global partner within active CBD products - dedicated to helping people live with less pain and improve their quality of life. Our strategy aims to accelerate our efforts in innovative and alternative treatment using cannabinoids from Medical Cannabis.
In this position, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities to shape and influence our international rollout of CBD products gathered under the brand name - CANNASEN® CBD.
Your main responsibilities are:
Build distribution networks, deliver leadership, and contribute as a key member of CN's Global Market Deployment Team.
The main focus areas are:
Ensure fast and efficient construction of a global distribution network in the EU.
Develop, manage and oversee the global market access strategy as well as oversee the implementation of tactical plans to further promote access to international distribution networks.
In dialogue with distributors and colleagues in the sales and marketing function, and in correspondence with the CN’s established market strategy to:
Set ambitious sales goals and take responsibility for goal realization
Prepare measurable sales and marketing plans in the individual markets including follow-up
Responsible for systematic collection of forecasts and sales budgets in allocated markets. Training and ongoing follow-up on distributors, identification of necessary changes in the collaboration, and implementation hereof.
Ensure that CN’s portfolio is at least prioritized at a level corresponding to the distributor's earnings.
Identify, start up, and develop new geographical markets in collaboration with the management team, including the preparation of negotiation proposals and draft agreements.
Initiator of promotional activities and participates in current and future development projects.
Assist the Customer Success Manager in the development of distributor brand platform and oversee necessary material to be made available to local distributors.
Assist the global research team and participate in business development by overseeing the development of the global market of active treatment with CBD ensuring both breadth and depth in relation to customers' needs and market potential.
Ensure optimization of market access, Product Lifecycle Management, and Evidence Development (KOL's) strategies to grow and defend the value of price and potential local grant/reimbursement status.
We expect you to bring:
Proven track record in establishing international distribution networks within MedTech, Food Supplement, Cosmetic or Medical Devices.
Minimum 10 years of experience in establishing international distribution networks or similar. Ideal with a business and local associated attitude, including solid experience in key commercial roles as well as strong commercial understanding and strategic thinking.
Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing Global Market Access strategies and value demonstration.
Understanding the pharmacy sector and preferably healthcare systems in Europe, as well as experience with associated market access challenges and local market access processes.
Driven by sales and results, strong in relationship building and dissemination, cultural acumen, responsible and credible, persistent and systematic, strong both in self-management and in teamwork. Must have a well-developed business and value chain understanding.

The position is based from CN's office, currently in Greve, Denmark, but can be performed from a distance with monthly meetings in Denmark.
