We are looking for a growth director to accelerate our business development & sales activities in Europe and North America. You come with solid sales skills, a strong curiosity to exploit and learn, and have preferably worked in a startup/scaleup environment before. You ideally have 3-5 years of experience managing accounts with proven sales record and have a track record driving demand for a startup, and maybe 1-3 years in a sales director role or similar leading a small group of people. You will be working closely with the sales team and the CEO, and will have the opportunity to set the agenda on the go-to-market strategy:
Manage and lead the sales drive towards new customers and new solutions.
Plan and execute business development initiatives to drive demand targeting segmented customer segments
Drive negotiation process, draft sales decks, present and sell our solution to end-clients
Help develop a sales culture within the wider sales team. You will need to manage your matrix team based on the requirements of your sales prospect to deliver successful sales results.
Build go-to-market strategy
Work with management to define sales targets, strategy and customer acquisition goals.
Creative and have a growth mindset
Experience in developing new business opportunities and relationships
Accurate, pro-active with a strong analytical mind
