To all design masterminds! We are seeking a super-driven, creative and well-organized graphic designer with a passion for branding to join our global startup, NewGlue, in Stockholm, Sweden ❤️👩‍🎨.

🚀 Who are we?

NewGlue is a groundbreaking design- and branding platform that, through a technical solution and creative tools, allows small businesses to design professional content WITH A CLICK - including high-quality and professional logos and branding. Logos are uploaded to our platform by professional logo designers all over the world, and then presented automatically with mockups, matching photos, generated fonts and color palettes. 2021 will be a big year for our startup, with many exciting news on the horizon including a larger funding round end of year.

🦸 How is it working at NewGlue?

First off, you need to be already living in Sweden and have permission to work in Sweden. Unfortunately we can not consider applicants from outside of Sweden.

You will have a key role in our tech startup, leading our design team into an exciting future. You will work with our experienced team of designers, business and tech experts. You will experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment where your work reaches real customers from all over the world.

💼 Responsibilities and tasks

• Build out NewGlue's "Custom Projects" division; parallel to our automated design service, NewGlue offers manual design work to bigger clients from all over the world, just like a normal design agency. These projects are managed by our inhouse design team and our big community of professional designers all over the world. You will be the lead designer, finding and speaking to potential clients and delegating the work to our community - and ensuring all projects are up to NewGlue's standards.

  
  

• Build out NewGlue's logo library, making us the #1 logo service online!

  • Review uploaded logos from graphic designers all over the world

  • Design awesome templates to improve NewGlue's library of logos, social media content etc.

  
  

• Lead the visual presentation of NewGlue's automated service: innovate and create how we present logos, branding with a variety of mockups.

👴🏻 Experience Required

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work within design, advertising or tech

• Experience from managing employees or teams

• Experience of pitching and negotiating with clients

• Speaking great English

• Great knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

• Excellent sense of design, color, type and layout

• Passionate about branding and logo design

• Knowledge of online web tools is big plus (Squarespace, Shopify, Wordpress)

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• High level of attention to detail and organized

• Flexible and able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

• Show examples of digital design and/or graphic design work you’ve completed yourself (web, logos & branding etc)

💰 Salary

• Competitive market salary (depending on experience)

• Can be mixed with a commission/bonus of 10-20% of all earnings from Custom Projects - from all designers (estimated to equal 20 000 - 50 000 SEK per month)

• Potentially become a shareholder of NewGlue
