ParkMan is on a fast-growth track to conquering the world, and we’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Danish speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team for a full-time role. If that’s you, we would like to meet you.

We are looking for an energetic person with excellent Danish skills and fluent English. You will mainly be working towards our Danish market, but our company language is English and there will be the occasional English speaking customer. We would like you to be part of our small Customer Support team that operates weekdays from 9.00-17.00.

Our ideal candidate is at home in an agile startup environment, has solid written and spoken communication skills and enjoys communicating with different people through different channels. You should be a team player, but still able to work independently. You don’t shy away from challenging customer cases. Instead, you are motivated to solve them. 

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

• Resolve B2C and some B2B customer enquiries over the phone, email and social media platforms

• Keep track of issues experienced by users for an overall understanding of pain points

• Ensure that the customer service level that ParkMan provides is always high and enquiries are resolved according to set SLA

 What we would appreciate:

• Fluency in Danish and English, other languages are seen as an advantage

• Experience in providing customer support/service

• Initiative to think how the customer experience can be improved

• Ability to work and resolve issues also in a hectic environment & flexibility
