Software development and testing - recruitment training (10 positions)

Apply for modern software development and testing for Talent Accelerator recruitment training.

CoreSeer Company, co-operation with Häme Employment and Economic Development Services and the ELY Center, trains ten new experts in modern software development.

We partner with eight ICT recruiting employer companies from the Häme region, e.g., Triplan, Waido, SW-Tech, 4Ks, and many more. The goal is for everyone to be employed by a partner company at the end of the training.

Students study topics in dire need of the labor market right now: Garage Method, DevOps Culture and Mindset, and various programming exercises. A personal study path specialization is created for each student. The student earns internationally recognized credits in the chosen specialization subject area.

The specialization options are: Software Testing and Automation Specialization, FullStack Specialization or Frontend + UX / UI Specialization.

Entry requirements

The training is aimed at job seekers in the ICT sector in Häme who already have previous experience in ICT. Applicants are expected to have experience in the software industry or a suitable degree. Hobbies are also taken into account.

The training lasts about six months, including about three months of on-the-job training at a partner company.
