Are you interested in building a financial modeling software for recurring revenue businesses? Our software helps leaders in these companies to forecast their revenues, expenses and bank balance. 

Comprehensive financial planning tools have traditionally been reserved for the enterprise, but startups and growing tech companies alike need visibility to their business. We are looking to help them with that. 

We are looking for a driven Full Stack Engineer to work closely with the Head of Engineering and the founder. As an early employee, your work will matter a lot and you get to see your efforts put in use by tech company CEOs and founders on a monthly basis.

The stack includes

• React web app with Redux/Apollo

• Node.js 

• PostgreSQL

• HTML5/CSS (modules)

• Docker

• GraphQL & REST APIs

• TypeScript

What makes you a good fit

• Experience with Node.js 

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other RDBMS. (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Experience designing RESTful APIs 

• Strong understanding of how to write scalable software

• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and deftness at object-oriented design and systems architecture 

• Passion for creating great products and solving unique problems 

• Ability to overlap three hours of your work day with the US Eastern Time Zone (4-7pm in Finland)

These will be considered a bonus

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related degree, or a portfolio showcasing your past work

• Experience using GraphQL and frameworks like Relay/Apollo

• Devops experience, especially building a scalable web application on AWS or Google Cloud

• Proficiency using unit and E2E testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest and Cypress

• Take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
