What will you do as a Mobile Developer at Orbit?

You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to develop Orbit's Apps to solve the office space waste problem. Once acquainted with our Product team of 7 you will focus on the native core integration for our iOS and Android apps. As you develop new features and improve App performance, you will also be given opportunities to collaborate in areas such as design and architecture.

You will make an impact by helping people to work in more accomodating spaces, travel less, work closer to home, family & friends and save time. As Orbit grows you will continue to collaborate in a flat team, all sharing a passion for making an impact on people’s lives through our PropTech development. 

In addition to React-Native for the frontend, our stack today uses modern Laravel (PHP) on the backend and AWS. While your technical skills are important, it's crucial to have hands-on experience developing mobile app software. We offer to share our technical expertise with you and learn from your experiences in order to create a happy experience for our customers and team. 

• Extra awesome if you have developed and launched a large-scale product from scratch - personal projects or work-related. And it doesn't matter if you consider it to be a failure or a success.

• Experience in building mobile apps with React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks & publishing and maintaining apps in the stores.

Location

Our office is based in Oslo. We can work remotely from other locations in Oslo but you must be able to meet at our Orbit office spaces in Norway from time to time, once it is safe to do so again.
