Develop success plans and lead meetings to show customers where they currently stand. Define clear success goals together with them.
Be the first point of contact for technical support for new users.
Create product ‘how to’ and best practice materials, such as blog posts, presentations, samples, or FAQs.
Be the voice of the customer internally at Valohai.

Great organizational skills and ability to multitask. You know how to prioritize your work while still ensuring things get done.
Proactive problem-solving approach. When something needs fixing or digging, you’ll find the resources and the help needed.
We want every team member to have some level of technical knowledge, helping them understand our platform beyond the PowerPoint deck.
You have a fundamental understanding of Docker, and like to tinker with code. You don’t need to be a developer, but knowing how to send API requests and parse JSON is a big plus.
Fluent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
Note: Our CSM team is currently based in GMT+2 and our customers span across Europe, the US, and Asia.

The first interview will be with our CSM team members to answer any questions you might have about the CSM role in Valohai — and to help us understand how do you see the CSM role and what kind of technical experience you have.
After completing the first interview round, we’ll choose 3–5 candidates to continue the interview process with.
In the second interview, you'll meet with possible future colleagues, who'll come from different teams in Valohai. This interview will give you a better understanding of the teams at Valohai, see how you'd fit the company, and learn about how the CSM's work with other teams at Valohai.
The last interview round will be to discuss your expectations in detail and go through any open questions from either side.
