We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer for our client company Assently in Stockholm (or in Espoo). In this position, you will be supporting Assently’s clients in building integrations and providing them technical support. Work tasks:        

In this position, you will support Assently’s customers who are building integrations. You will be working as a part of Assently’s technical team and providing technical support to Finnish and Swedish clients’ and the sales team. You will know everything about Assently’s products, how they are developed and how they support customers business processes. Occasionally you will also participate in sales meetings and support sales professionals with your technical expertise. Helping Assently improve their products to support their customers better is also part of your role.

Most of the applications are built with C# and run on .NET Core & .NET. At Assently, they make use of many of AWS’s managed services and use technologies such as Rabbit MQ, SQL Server, Redis, ElasticSearch and EventStore.

Who are you?          

You have previous experience in .NET technologies eg. as a .NET Developer. In addition, we value experience from 2nd line support or some other customer-facing role. You are fluent in Finnish and English. We also wish that you are experienced with some of these concepts:

• Information Security and Technical Security

• Designing and consuming REST APIs

• Secure Cross-Platform and Cross-Protocol Communications

• Electronic Identities, PKI, SAML and Identity Federation in general

• Building Services for Cloud Delivery, including site reliability and redundancy

• Continuous Integration and Lean development practices

• Data Protection (Privacy Enhancing Techniques)
