As our Ecommerce Director, you will:
Be responsible of our main channel of sales, the website
Be responsible over marketing activity planning (campaigns, newsletters etc.)
Deliver results and growth in digital sales based on analysis and data
Coordinate the ecommerce business operations with other teams, such as buying, logistics and brand
Ensure a state-of-the-art and transparent customer experience online
Supply design department with relevant data and analysis of customer needs and feedback
Lead with knowledge from the digital sphere, such as trends, sustainability and innovation within ecommerce technology
Coach, motivate and lead the (future) ecommerce team
You are curious and someone who lives to learn. A nitty gritty and sales driven enthusiast that is ready to join us on the journey to outfit and inspire people to move and feel good about themselves. For us, attitude and ambition are much more important than experience, but we would like you to have at least three years’ experience within ecommerce or similar. Shopify know-how or a senior management background is a plus.
