We are a technology-driven image platform and mobile application, working out of Startup Lab in Oslo. We are an ambitious team who want to build the best solutions to help streamline the production and publishing of images, in close collaboration with our clients - which include - Varner, XXL, Holzweiler, Høyer, Tradesolution, Bertel O. Steen, Mobile and many other well known companies.

Filtr is a scale up company which means we have a well established market and business model, but because of our recent breakthroughs we are looking to scale the business faster with the help of our new team members.

About the job:

We are looking for a talented salesperson, with a growth mindset, to work full time in our rapidly growing technology company. 

As a Sales Manager for Filtr AS your primary focus will be on selling our very popular product - Autopix - https://autopix.no/. You'll be responsible for generating leads and managing your own portfolio of clients as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones. You will also manage our sales staff in the Philippines that help you close more and bigger deals faster. You'll also explore and build the sales process, and be a part of developing new sales and marketing strategies with the CEO.

Autopix is a mobile application and brand owned by Filtr AS, which is used by companies such as Bertel O. Steen and other leading car dealers to help sell their cars faster and for a higher price. 

With Autopix, we have found a unique way to produce high-quality images of used cars for professional dealerships. We are aiming to expand our current market share in Norway and Denmark, followed by a push into the German market. 

We are looking for someone who is interested in technology, photography and being of service to clients by add value to their business. Honesty, transparency, fun, and working well in a team, are all elements we value highly. 

We are mostly focused on who you are as a person rather than purely your skills. Internally we all have a growth mindset and appreciate failure as much as success, because failing means we are learning valuable lessons, growing and becoming better at what we do.. 

Main responsibilities:

- Develop and enter into new agreements with new and existing customers

- Participate in negotiations

- Achieve defined budget goals (KPI´s)

- Develop plans and measures to achieve expected results

- Lead, assist, co-operate and further develop the sales team

- Responsibility for delivering sales goals through close and result-oriented leadership

Skill & Experience:

- Excellent sales skills

- People person

- High EIQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) 

- Very good English knowledge, written as well as verbal. (Work is primarily conducted in English.)

- Norwegian is not essential, but would be beneficial... 

- German language skills would be fantastic as we want to approach the German market next 

- Nice to have - prior experience at a growth stage Internet/software company
