TAPSTER is a Swedish wearable/fin tech company founded 2020. We are growing fast and we’re looking for a COO/Digital Growth Manager, who can help us build, market and handle the e-commerce flow. You will be working closely with our CEO and our Creative Director. This role will be instrumental in the growth journey from a fin tech startup to a major player in the wearable industry.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall growth of the B2C business of the company

• Define and implement marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives;

• Create a solid network of strategic marketing partnerships;

• Develop a marketing plan and oversee its day-to-day implementation;

• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns

• Review and manage our content marketing strategy

• Compile and present reports on marketing program/campaign performance.

• Lead the customer service and logistics function

Who are we looking for

• Experience from handling B2C e-commerce

• Experience from working with the Shopify e-commerce platform

• Relevant work experience in digital marketing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Highly driven person who is used to breaking new ground
