About:

We are looking for a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately.

You will be overseeing and ensuring the quality and maintainability of the code, and contribute to the code when needed, particularly early on. Therefore, we'd like you to have strong knowledge of software architecture, testing and information security, and be proficient in Java or a similar programming language (C#, Kotlin). Familiarity with some of the elements in our tech stack is also a big plus: HTML/CSS/JS/React Spring framework Google Cloud Platform SQL (mySQL)

Responsibilities

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage

• Help departments use technology profitably

• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

• Build quality assurance and data protection processes

• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

• Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
