The job

Tjekvik is looking for an Operations specialist to join our growing Operations, Data and Support team. An Operations Specialist at Tjekvik configures the data connections to automotive dealer management systems, sets up user journeys and support our customers who are automotive brands and dealerships in Europe.

Your role

As Operations Specialist, you will work close with our market teams to onboard and engage customers maximizing their success along key milestones such as implementation, activation and support. You will act as Project Manager during technical implementation and be the ‘Expert’ on setting up the data imports to the dealer management systems, as well as the go-to support function for both customers and your colleagues, when things do not work as expected. You will work closely with both market teams, eco-system developers, logistics manager and external data providers. Your closest colleagues will be your fellow operations team members. After 6 - 12 months we expect you to grow into an “Operations manager” role with dedicated responsibility for a market or segment.

 

Where

The position is either at our office in downtown Copenhagen or remote in Europe.

 

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and testing data connections to Dealer Management Systems and related services.

  • Continuously improving data processes to ensure fast and high-quality implementation for optimal value creation.

  • Configure dealer shops in all mediums - kiosks, screens and mobile devices.

  • Monitor data quality and usage data for customers and initiate actions to improve.

  • Remove friction that limits the customer experience by having a deep understanding of our product, api’s and best practice within the Automotive aftermarket industry and the Tjekvik universe.

  • Build and maintain our helpdesk, ad hoc support and product communication via Intercom.

  • Work closely with market teams to professionally implement customers when sales have secured the contract as well as looping potential commercial opportunities back to sales.

  • Drive the “The Tjekvik way” with the customer to maximise value.

  • Help grow our company to become the supplier of choice for the global automotive aftermarket.

 

Qualifications

  • You are used to working with data and configuring data connections and API’s. Maybe you have been working with Automotive Dealer Management Systems for either a vendor or a large dealer.

  • Automotive experience or interest is a plus; however, we will primarily focus on your digital and personal abilities.

  • You have experience in support as well as driving projects with customers and juggling several customers at the same time and building knowledge on how to always do this smarter.

  • You are self-driven, take responsibility for big and small things and fancy working in a remote organisation.

  • You write and speak fluent English. German and any other European languages are a plus. We have customers and colleagues all over Europe.

  • As we are a scale-up company, you are a multi-skilled, relation building, great communicator and tech-savvy person that efficiently works while hanging on the side of the rocket.
