Your day-to-day as Growth Marketing Manager  

As HEI Schools’ Growth Marketing Manager, you will have an active role in the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy and sales funnel. In a nutshell, you will be identifying new opportunities for growth and drive customer acquisition through data-driven marketing. You will be taking ownership of HEI Schools’ sales lead generation, content marketing, marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, as well as optimize website conversion rates and paid online campaigns. You will work closely with HEI Schools’ marketing partner, suggest new ideas, carry out experiments, analyze results and find ways to increase marketing performance. You are eager to stay on top of the latest industry trends and implement tools and technology available to support your daily work. Your main responsibilities as Growth Marketing Manager include: 

• developing and executing HEI Schools’ digital marketing strategy

• analyzing data across the marketing/sales funnel to drive growth

• managing a marketing automation platform and enhancing lead nurturing

• participating in content creation and taking ownership of content marketing (including SEO)

• planning and creating digital marketing campaigns

• optimizing campaign/website conversions through continuous testing

  
  

You are a great fit for our team if you have: 

• 3+ years of work experience in growth marketing

• previous experience in working with Google Analytics and HubSpot or a similar platform

• solid project management skills

• a hands-on approach to work (i.a. running and developing Google, FB/IG, LinkedIn campaigns)

• professional proficiency in English
