ParkMan is looking for a skilled DevOps/Cloud Engineer to build and maintain our cloud infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software. You will work closely with our development team to seek to continuously improve our DevOps processes and practises. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure that systems are both secure and available. You should have hands-on experience in networking security, cloud systems and CI/CD pipelines.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to complete tasks together with the team as well as independently. You are a great communicator in person and on paper and you are comfortable delivering on a strict schedule.

• Analyze current technologies utilized in our cloud environment and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon them

• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including flow charts and documentation

Requirements

• Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

• BS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience

• Hands on experience in networking security, cloud systems, microservices and CI/CD pipelines

• Deep expertise in AWS

• Profound knowledge in Infrastructure As Code

• Wide knowledge in cloud platform deployment and networking protocols

• Good understanding of DevOps and Agile principles

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Great documentation skills

• Excellent team working and communication skills
