SkenarioLabs is a team of 14 professionals coming from various backgrounds, and we are looking for a new GIS developer to join our team.

Role

We’re looking for a full-time GIS professional for analysing and validating unique datasets and providing insight based on the analytics for the biggest portfolios in the property sector. Your tasks will include, for example, scouting and automating the process of acquiring geospatial and real estate data, harmonising and analysing the acquired data, and maintaining the database.

You can influence your responsibilities based on your interests.

We work in a hybrid/remote team, and most of the team doesn’t come into the office every day (and not at all in these Covid times). We encourage asynchronous and written communication whenever it's possible. Working in a small team, you will have an opportunity to drive our engineering practices and product forwards, and contribute where your skills can really shine.

Skills and qualifications we are looking for:

• Postgis 

• SQL

• Programming skills, preferably Javascript, Java, or Python

• Team player with abilities for working independently and taking initiative 

• Working proficiency in English

• You are familiar with some of the following: Mapbox, REST APIs, Martin, AWS or QGIS
