RE-ZIP was founded in 2018 and has developed a circular packaging concept to the eCommerce industry that reduces CO2 emissions by 84% at just 10 circulation. RE-ZIP has developed full software suits to support our product flow, integration and return. RE-ZIP HQ is based in central Aarhus with a warehouse north of Aarhus and are live at several webshops in 3 different countries.

What is RE-ZIP?

RE-ZIP is a circular packaging concept that enables a webshop to offer its customers a sustainable alternative to disposable packaging during check out.

RE-ZIP can be sent with all distributors, just as any other order, but unlike traditional packaging, RE-ZIP’s can be returned in mailboxes and via post offices in more than 130 countries, completely without postal fee.

When RE-ZIP receives the packaging, it generates a voucher for the customer of the webshop, which the customer can then use the next time he or she shops at that particular webshop.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for a Junior Chief Growth Officer to enter the company (potential co-founder) and take lead on the future growth journey. You will have responsibilities within sales from cradle to grave, operationally and strategic, hence secure webshops, pick & pack warehouses, courier companies etc. as RE-ZIP customers and partners. Furthermore assist customers and partners on marketing and commercial setup to increase end-user conversation on their respective sites and platforms.

As jCGO you will furthermore be a primary asset operating our strategy and ambition to set up the worlds 1st infrastructure network for circular packaging. We have recently developed a brand new drop-point application (not an app) to be "sold" to retailers and kiosks in Denmark and later world wide. Our goal is for to offer end-users a convenient and cheap platform for circular packaging. Return your packaging where you pick up your parcels. A true IMPACT start-up.

Futhermore, you will be part of a number of projects, internal and external. RE-ZIP is a software company with a "hard" solution (product) and we are always aim at optimal and convenient products and offerings. This how we never stop re-thinking and developing and your input from sales, integrations, drop-point feedback is crucial in this process. On top of this we consider some of your biggest leads and international customers projects rather than customers and you will play a vital role to help finalize these.

Who you are

• You are a student or maybe you have just finalized your studies as Master-, Candidate-, Bachelor degree or the likes (programme is not that important)

• You have a huge desire for sales and master (have the urge) both the canvas call to a potential new customer as well as partnership agreements and customer services

• You are a born entrepreneur hence not afraid to take on new assignments and projects no matter if this is executing a new SOME campaign or order more coffee as we are out...

• You believe in sustainability is a need to not a nice to and understand the meaning of "Financial Viable Sustainability"

• You are trustworthy and reliable and get a kick out of closing a customer or project

• You might be familiar with EMS systems like Shopify, Magento etc. or general software coding but it's not a requirement

• You are fluent in English (and potentially other languages)

• You are ready to go on a truly impact journey and work your b.. off whenever needed
