We’re looking for  3 Pay-Per-Click Marketing Interns to join us for a 4-month paid internship. No prior experience is required. Learn valuable digital marketing skills, and get a chance to stay with us full time! 

The positions 

In this position you will become a paid marketing professional. You will learn how to use Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising channels to reach the right audience, and get them to take action. After 4 months with us you will also understand the basics of marketing data analytics and conversion rate optimization.

From day 1 you will plan and execute paid marketing campaigns for our B2B clients. Together with our project teams, you will dive deep into the clients’ businesses, and find the best ways to reach their audience.

We believe that all marketing decisions should be based on data. That’s why analytics and conversion rate optimization will be a big part of your work. This also means that you will get to learn the latest marketing tools.

This position is perfect for students or fresh graduates who want to become digital marketing superstars.

Your main responsibilities 

• Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads (SEM / Display), and other channels

• Planning and executing performance marketing campaigns for our B2B clients

• Analyzing and optimizing conversion rates

• Building and running ads on different customer channels

• Strong interest in digital marketing and attention to detail

• Quick learning skills for new technical and data-driven tools, and an analytical mindset

• Pro-activity and passion for learning

• Familiarity with Google and Facebook ads are considered a bonus

• Native Finnish skill is considered a bonus

• This is a 4-month full-time internship position, where you will be paid 1500€/month

• After the first 4 months, the best interns will be offered a PPC Marketing Specialist position with a salary of 2500-2800€/month
