Legitify is an early-stage VC backed Start-Up in the LegalTech Space. We are operating out of Stockholm and we are looking to grow globally.

Internship Description

We are looking for an energetic Business Development, Strategy and/or Sales Intern. The successful candidate will be supporting the business development effort, lead generation and communication, as well as key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-directed, a structured thinker, highly organized and a creative problem solver. Candidates should be able to build networks and foster relationships across corporations, law firms, institutions, notaries etc. A keen interest for learning more about LegalTech space and prospective clients is a huge plus. Excellent communication skills are key in this role.

By generating leads and building relationships with B2B customers (be it corporations, law firms, institutions or start-ups, or associations), we jointly achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify and engage with targeted prospects

  • Learn about prospects' goals and critical pain points

  • Help prospects understand our value proposition

  • Create relevant prospecting lists in line with strategy and country expectations

  • Manage inbound leads generated through awareness and social media campaigns

  • Provide regular weekly business development / sales analysis updates to management with relevant insights via email & through CRM reporting capabilities

  • Proactively provide continuous feedback for improving existing processes that are affecting our business development or sales process and clients.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.

  • Develop positive relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners both internally and externally

Requirements:

We’re looking for the next generation of change-agents, dreamers, and go-getters, who are excited about new solutions and want to change the way business is done.

  • Current university student pursuing the last year of a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree and/or MBA

  • Essential – a keen interest in technology or B2B solutions or LegalTech sector

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, proactive and a drive for continuous learning

  • Able to work as part of a diverse team and provide innovative ideas, including communicating and working with senior stakeholders

  • Great communication skills required, able to master negotiation

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as written and oral skills including the ability to present with impact to a variety of stakeholders

  • Comfortable working with data and insights.

  • Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast-paced team

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects while quick to adapt to shifting priorities

  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and CRM tools; comfortable managing spreadsheets, and performing data analysis, while also building Executive presentations

  • Demonstrate leadership and be enthusiastic about the opportunity to build our business relationships across EU, UK etc.

  • Previous internship experience with a focus on Business Development, Strategy, Sales, Client Relations or other Commercial role is a must

  • Stellar organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

  • Team oriented but with the ability to work independently

  • Fast learner and self-initiative personality

  • Fluency in professional spoken and written English is a must. Any additional European language is an advantage.

  • EU or UK citizenship or already in the possession of an EU or UK working permit

Location:

We operate from the heart of Stockholm, also work remotely as needed. Our team is ambitious, diligent, and proactive, with a strong sense of fun.
