About the team

We are looking for a senior product manager and scrum master with an in-depth understanding of analytics, application development, and user experience. You will be joining an industry leading technical team, working with distributed systems, data engineering and visualisation tools, to build the most popular game analytics tool in the market.

You will be in direct contact with our customers to collect feedback and improvement ideas, turn these into feature specs, and then work with the engineering team to put them into practice. You will also help drive our agile product development process, ensuring agile ceremonies are carried out, progress is reported, and there is a high level of transparency over the status of individual projects and tasks, at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • Create initial product specifications for new features and product improvements

  • Facilitate an optimal product development process involving backend, frontend, data & design teams.

  • Define sprint priorities to balance progress on roadmap projects with the need for adressing maintenance.

  • Report progress and maintain communication with stakeholders, to ensure any changes in product delivery are known and understood.

  • Perform user research and competitive research in order to identify product pain points & customer needs.

  • Explore product features & ideas with technical teams to validate viability and explore potential new features made possible by our technology

  • Work with design to improve usability and customer experience.

  • Review release candidate features. Create Jira tickets adressing bugs or improvements needed.

  • Act as product evangelist and provide support for the sales and marketing teams for product launches, campaigns, or direct key customer relationships.

  • Become an expert in analytics (our service) and contribute to defining and communicating long-term roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5 years proven work experience in product management, working in an agile environment with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.)

  • Understanding data pipeline, architecture, and processes - e.g. data streaming, ETL, high volume processing, time series databases, distributed systems

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Mindset for getting things done and supporting, and measuring success of initiatives with data

 

Desirable:

  • Experience working on a SaaS product

  • Agile or scrum master certifications

  • Operational mindset, ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and to communicate with senior stakeholders

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Experience working with customers and giving product demos
