Coinmotion is looking for a talented Social Media & Community Lead to take our international expansion to the next level. In this position, you will be responsible for amplifying Coinmotion’s brands through social media and inside cryptocurrency communities. You will have the creative freedom to develop campaigns and creatives with the support of our team of marketing specialists.

Ideally, you have solid knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and keep up to date with the latest news from the markets. You are confident in communicating your knowledge and engaging the community around these topics.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of Coinmotion’s social media strategy in order to drive brand awareness, increase engagement and scale our community and user base.

• Continuously monitoring and managing Coinmotion’s social community through timely responses to customer/crypto-community messages in the Coinmotion brand voice.

• Work in tandem with the marketing team on content creation and planning, including caption writing, curating UGC, post scheduling, and community management.

• Manage day-to-day posting to social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Quora, Reddit).

• Continuously brainstorm and execute new ways to engage our social audiences while communicating core brand messaging and products.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support all marketing efforts, including but not limited to: influencer activations, product launches, and brand campaigns.

• Lead and execute social campaigns with like-minded brands and personalities.

• Liaise directly with CX/Customer Reputation Specialists to address community comments and customer service related questions.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social metrics to propose effective strategies for community growth and enhanced engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication in Finnish & English.

• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and the ability to communicate confidently about the topic.

• 1-3 years of social media and community management experience.

• Strong copywriter with the ability to repurpose marketing materials and communicate effectively for each owned channel.

• Deep understanding of high-quality content and how it can translate to video/photo

• Familiarity with social analytics and planning tools (Hootsuite)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industry filled with strong opinions.
