Yusufa Sey is expanding his Deal Team and looking for 1 individual to work with him on providing Internal Strategic Consulting, conducting Market Research for various projects as well as drafting PowerPoint Presentations that will be the anchor marketing materials for various financial institutions
IPO Capital ApS has structured and executed multiple transactions over the past 3 years including the acquisition of 3 UK based Steel Manufacturing business's (combined revenue of 16M GBP annually) and is now looking to go to the next level by preparing some of it's portfolio companies for a Nasdaq public listing.
In order to achieve this we need a self motivated individual who can demonstrate their ability in the following skills:
Clean, Professional, Visually Appealing Power Point Presentation Drafting (in a timely manner)
General Understanding of Business & Finance (as the content will be business content)
Self Motivated and can Deliver on Agreed Upon Timelines
Do Independent Market Research via Google Searching to Acquire First Hand Data
Your title will be "Internal Strategy Consultant at IPO Capital ApS" and this will be a great opportunity for you to get real world experience in "management consulting", but effectively for 1 "client" (IPO Capital).

Time commitments from you?
”2 + 2”. Meaning you work 2 days per week (virtually) + 2 hours per week doing a deep dive into deals, research status, deal progress, presentation deliverables, etc one on one with Yusufa (either via Zoom Conference call or at Yusufa's office).
Effectively, Yusufa will train you on how to be a deal junkie and prepare you for a life after the Internship as a Management Consultant in the corporate world.
Your work will be the basis upon which institutions will consider multi million Gbp investments into our portfolio of projects and we therefore expect you to take this internship seriously as your research and presentations will be presented to the investment committee's of large financial institutions as well as to private investors
Weekly 2 hour meetings held at Yusufa’s office in Central Copenhagen (Skt Annae Plads), although Yusufa is also open to having a completely virtual / "W.F.H" candidate as well.
The rest of the time you will be expected to work autonomously, although you will have access to 24/7 communication with Yusufa
This 6 month Internship is ideal for current students who have ambitions of working in Management Consulting or similar verticals after their studies.
Preference will be given to candidates who are astute with numbers and who have successfully taken finance courses as part of their education.
