Fluffwear is a slow and sustainably focussed brand. We produce knitwear for customers all over the world. We use pure wool, hand dyed here in Malmö. I require the help of a self starter who would like to get stuck into tasks and enjoy to work in a creatively fulfilling environment.

We have a large demand from customers from all over the world and I need more hours in the day to cover everything. I would like to work with somebody who is passionate to see small honest businesses succeed and comfortable with taking the reigns over their own tasks and responsibilities.

Working with us in a small team as ecommerce intern, there will be various tasks involved such as:

• Social media and photography: management of general interaction and content.

• Organising photoshoots, model booking, castings etc

• Helping me with dyeing/prepping wool

• Logistics: Ensure smooth running of the business. An advantage if you can work with optimisation of tasks and orders.

• Works with Excel/numbers

• Ecommerce tasks within the webshop such as product listing and image handling

• Ordering and collecting supplies, materials, postage delivery and collection of parcels to service points. Everything is central and bike provided if needed.

• Communicating with new and existing partners/vendors. Negotiation skills will be an advantage.

• Working with production management and quality control: a fantastic skill to have if you are considering fashion as a career.

The position is flexible and you can work to your own schedule mostly. You should have availability to work with me in my studio at least 4 hours a week in the mornings.
