Our Tech team is growing and we are currently looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join us.

Your role

In this role you have the possibility to work on a data intensive environment. You will be acting as the Lead Backend Developer in a team that is responsible for scalability and stability of the product.

You are responsible for designing our external and internal API’s. You will be doing code reviews and helping your team to solve complex problems. We run our services in Kubernetes. Our backend is mostly Python and with the help of PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch and Redis.

We’re looking for a person that is a good communicator, shares constructive feedback in a positive manner and has good problem-solving skills. You will be an important member of our core development team helping us make a world class customer data platform, marketing and customer experience tool for our customers.

Key requirements to succeed in this role

• At least 5 years of professional Python experience

• Experience or knowledge about the following:

  • PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch

  • Message queues

  • Docker and Kubernetes

  • Django

  • TDD

We consider as an advantage if you have experience on

• Clickhouse

• Experience in data security related issues
