InovoTech is looking for a Test Engineer.

Assignment Description:

Inovotech is now looking for a field test engineer to strengthen the team within field test. In this position you will have the possibility and responsibility to secure the targeted truck quality level for our end customers by working with tests on customer trucks. The trucks are rebuilt with the components to be tested and the customer will use the trucks in their normal operations. During the test, you will have a close customer contact to understand how the customer perceives the product. You will also collect information from the logging systems that the trucks are equipped with and this information will be compiled and reported to the project. The Field test department is the link between the customers and the engineering departments and you need to be able to communicate well with both parts. You also need to be able to work individually, take own initiatives, to deliver in time and be skilled in reporting.

Complete Vehicle contributes to deliver the right products & services to all our brand customers. We are close to end customers, understanding their needs and behaviors. The customer features are translated to technical requirements by using our customer knowledge. The requirements are verified in different tests on a complete truck level and Field test is a part of that.

Many of the tests are focused on engine, transmission and chassis but we also have focus of cab environment and drivability. We also see that we have a challenging and interesting journey ahead of us, with developing products within autonomous driving, electrified powertrain and connected solutions. This will be in parallel with sustaining our leading position on heavy duty trucks around the globe.

Required skills or Techniques (must have):

• You have an analytic ability and an optimistic mindset.

• You are passionate about establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and to work together with others.

• You have good communication skills and we also believe that you have the ability and interest to quickly understand the technical scope of a project and to take on new technology.

• You also have a bachelor- or master degree within engineering and good language skills in English and Swedish.
