When joining you are empowered to learn, lead and perform at your best, shaping the future of our tech stack.
This is a place where you're welcomed as your own perfectly unique self, and celebrated for the skills, talent, perspective and honest opinion you bring to the table.
If you are an introvert or someone who doesn't handle large groups that easily, there is room for you here. We believe that diverse, inclusive teams drive innovation, performance and excellence.
We provide equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientation, transgender status, gender identity and/or expression, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, religion, political opinion, nationality, ethnic background, social origin, social status, indigenous status, disability, age.
We provide a B2C and B2B marketplace platform (SaaS) in the automobile industry, focusing on hybrid- and electric cars. You don't have to be knowledgeable in the auto industry but good at the tech part, an avid learner and curious for answers and solutions.
We want you to help us produce a scalable software platform (eventually hosted on either: AWS, Google, Azure) and be part of a team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. You will be one out of many developers to gradually be onboarded so don't panic when you realize that you're actually the first and the one to potentially lay the foundation (woosah). Life is too short to panic and lack confidence all the time - you'll do fine.
We expect you to be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a knack for visual design and utility, somewhat having business acumen is a plus but not a must for the time being.
We also expect you to be comfortable when there is no map or path to walk on and you're the one, with the guidance of the team, who has to lay it out - again, woosah.
