InovoTech is looking for a UX Designer.

 Assignment Description

This assignment is two folded, but both parts target the users within our clients customer segment, 20% work with the overall user experience, you will orchestrate, design and lead towards a holistic experience for a user domain including curating a user knowledge platform.

(Work on a system level) 80% UX/UI designer within one of the services provided to You will be involved in the project all the way from research to final product and will have deliveries although the process.

As UX designer you are also always responsible for

• Making sure that what ever you work on fits within the holistic experience of users .

• Acting as an advocate for the user and for a user centric way of work.

• Examples of work tasks, research user needs and transfer to communicable user.

• Insight Formulate User goals plan and moderate cross-functional workshop to ideate, form and shape a concept solutions .

• Concept Design Information architecture, Wire framing Detailed design user interface.

• Design Conduct user and usability tests, communicate design input to projects/engineering.

• Planning your tasks improve the UX teams way of working .

• Advocate for the use and an user centric way of working ,required skills or techniques.

You should be having

• More than 8 years of experience working with development of digital services in a digital system solution context within larger brand driven businesses.

• A passion of humans and creating things that make them even better at team work, get things done .

• Excellent communication skills and ability to create trustful relationships.

• An international mind-set with experience working in multi-cultural teams.

• Master’s degree in Interaction Design or similar education background.

 Requested profile :

Should be able to lead an organization towards a UX WoW and towards developing a create great user experience.

Lead and perform, UX-research Transform UX-research to concepts including information architecture, interaction designs and wire frames.
