Currently, we have 100 portfolio clients and growing from large to small companies. We seek to find the best solutions for our clients to enable them to grow.
We are looking for a candidate to help build portfolio clients. This is an entry level job and we train all our new sales recruits from the basics to closing. We appreciate the importance of sales personnel and in return compensate well for your effort. If you are interested in getting your foot in the door, to a modern financial and consulting company. We do have high expectations but in return expect our candidates to grow with the company:
1) What will you be doing?
Find potential companies to work with
Contacting clients on day to day basis
Booking Meetings
Create presentations and offers for clients
Manage clients when you have built relationships
Work with other departments to seek the best results for the team
Create company and market analysis
Generate strategies to help organizations improve current business
2) Required and wanted skills:
Desire to work hard and learn on the job is absolutely necessary
Finnish language and writing skills are required
English language and writing skills are required
Flexible about the role to better suit company needs
To work as a team to reach a mutual goal
Masters Graduated (not necessarily)
