At Friday Home we develop and globally markets iconic smart home devices all wrapped up in an attractive design by the Danish Bjarke Ingels Group, BIG. At Friday we are putting an effort in developing inhouse – we own the full stack from firmware to apps and servers. Besides from the internal infrastructure we support Apple HomeKit, with more integrations on the roadmap like Google Home, Alexa, unloc,  etc. We have new products in the pipeline and are looking into a very exciting time ahead.

We are looking for an engaged software developer who want to drive our IOT product development working closely together with our developer team. You must be self-driven and interested in learning and ramping up in new domains. You will engage in customer relations with the technical domains in integration scenarios.

The job:

·      Working with agile processes driving by user stories

·      Developing full stack user stories from cloud via app to IOT devices 

·      Developing firmware for new smart home devices

Must have skills:

·      C# .NET Core

·      C/C++ programming for firmware development, (We do have partners who assist in the hardware level coding)

Extra skills that can come in handy, but not a must:

·      BLE communication.

·      Xamarin experience.

·      iOS, Andriod.

·      HTML, Css, Javascript.

·      Database management and SQL.

·      Docker.

·      Azure Devops and cloud architecture.

·      Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa.
