Arilyn is looking for a Pre-Sales Manager for our global sales operations. This is an essential role in our team, responsible for lead generation and managing the first-line customer requests.
The key objective is to grow our lead pool by prospecting qualified leads for our sales managers. Your daily tasks also include being the first contact in our online requests. This is a full-time role based in Helsinki, Finland / remote.

Your responsibilities will include
Lead generation including online prospecting, cold calling and creating lists from various data sources.
Being the rapid-response first point of contact for online customers.
Booking meetings for sales managers.
Presenting short online demo sessions.
Working closely with marketing to reach our target customers.
Various other sales activities.
To successfully manage this role you should be
Sales and customer service oriented.
Excellent in interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Having an eye in recognizing the client demands.
Independent and proactive.
Outgoing personality who gets kicks out of presenting via video.
Be enthusiastic about tech and always wanting to learn more.
Fluent in English and in Finnish (both in written and spoken).
Experience from marketing technologies, social selling, Hubspot and XR is considered a plus, but not necessary.
