Working at
Sleeknote

Sleeknote helps your favorite e-commerce brands engage website visitors—without hurting the user experience. When we founded Sleeknote in 2014, there were several lead generation tools on the market. But few, if any, gave savvy e-commerce marketers the flexibility to engage their site visitors on their terms. We like to think we changed that. If you want to make a dent in the universe, you need to hire the very best people at what they do. But the best in the world aren’t always available on your doorstep. And even if they are, they might not know what they’re capable of. That’s why, at Sleeknote, we don’t just hire remotely—we also hire by potential rather than experience. We believe if you invest in others, they will strive to do their best work. Not because they’re paid to do so but because they have a true passion for the work they do. We believe a company is only as good as the people behind it. It’s why, despite our size, we go on workation once a year; why we give interns and employees responsibility from day one; why trust is given rather than earnt. We’ve built a work culture you want to be part of; a company you can you do good work for without sacrificing fun or wellbeing. And we’re proud of it.
