Northfork is on the path to the company vision to make grocery shopping a hands off experience. Leading the product team as a Product Manager in the right direction with input from internal and external sources is imperative.
Northfork is a B2B SaaS company that works to accelerate our grocery retail customers online revenue by adding recipe shopping technology as a seamless experience independent of platforms; the retailers own or publisher partners.
The Northfork product manager is responsible for understanding customer needs, gathering requirements and prioritizing them, together with the VP of Tech. You will be responsible for planning and building a product that brings customer value.
Working closely with the teams within Tech, Sales, Marketing and our customers, ensuring that the customer satisfaction goals are met will be key in order to succeed. You are always on top of the needs of our retail customers. Everyone at Northfork needs to obsess over how to make retailers build successful growth.
Build and evangelize a product strategy
Maintain and groom the product backlog
Deliver features in sprints together with the Tech Team
Perform product demos to customers and prospects
Analyze results from launches and customer performance
Work closely with Gastrofy, our R&D platform
Run beta and pilot programs with customers and prospects
Be an expert on the competition
Act as a leader within the company
Create, implement and improve product development processes
Engage frequently with customers to understand their needs
Support sales in conversations with leads
+5 years of experience working as a product manager
Demonstrated success defining and launching world class products
+10 years of experience working in the IT industry
Excellent verbal and communication skills

The Northfork Product Manager will report directly to the CEO.
We value placement in Sweden where we have our development stronghold. The company however works with the principle remote first.
