ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Estaid is on a journey to revolutionize data in real estate. With a global yearly revenue of around 10 trillion dollars, commercial real estate is one of the largest global industries, but at the same time it is very traditional and old-fashioned.
We are here to dust off the old suits and deliver true value through data and work process support. By optimizing the processes through data, we enable real estate professionals to achieve more and create better projects for everyone living in or using the properties.
We are putting together an amazing sales team. As Account Executive you will be a central part of our growth journey, from market research and building pipelines to outbound calls, educating the industry, and closing deals with key people.
Role and responsibilities
Searching for and building lead pipelines
Reaching out and qualifying leads
Scheduling and running demos
Nurturing relationships with potential customers
Meet and exceed targets including negotiations and closing deals
Becoming an expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product
Staying current on industry news and understanding the social media landscape
Building up knowledge and material for the sales process
Being the face of Estaid as you are the first point of contact to engage our potential customers
Take part in product strategy development with insights from the sales process
Contribute to the pricing strategy through customer feedback and needs
Your personality and skillset
Fluency in Danish and English
Passion to develop and build a career in sales
Positivity and determination
Curiosity to understand the potential customers’ challenges and how to help them
Ready to challenge a conservative industry with our innovative product
Ability to thrive in varied sales processes with both short sales cycles and more complex sales
Team player attitude, eager to be part of an ambitious team
Exceptional ability to organize work and tasks
Experience in cold calling or in a new business generation/real estate related role is an advantage
