We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our sales team and bring our company along with its product and service to the targeted customers. The customers must have the expertise and confidence to track down qualified leads and convert them into customers. To be successful as a Candidate, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of digital products like software, applications, and solutions. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to identify and use company products to address customer concerns. Candidates who have some background in customer service and the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals will be preferred.
We would like you to start as soon as possible, and we are looking for both part-time and full-time engagement, but preferably with a minimum of 3-month attachment to the company.
It is a Commission based position right now. The candidate will get a commission based on his performance. After completion of the 3-month provisional period, the candidate will be considered for a full-time position based on their performance.
Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
Demonstrates advanced products knowledge
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
Makes sales appointments with clients
Generates new leads by meeting with consumers
Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with the product
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
Discovers how to market products to new users
Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends
Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies
Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Background in SaaS and/or application software is preferred.
One to two years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing will be preferred.
Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations
Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis.
Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner.
Willingness to adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods.
Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns.
