We are seeking a talented, customer-focused Visual Designer, skilled at creating compelling and cohesive digital creative experiences. 

Responsibilities

• Translate conceptual design into visually compelling design elements.

• Create a beautiful design for Kendis's website.

• Produce assets for ad campaigns, e-mail, video, landing pages, presentations, and social media.

• Develop bold, compelling, and breakthrough creative for our digital marketing channels that drive customer leads (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, etc.)

• Initiate, conceptualize, and lead user interface design based on a thorough understanding of the company's service functionality and usability.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ of design experience

• Art or Graphic Design degree or equivalent work experience.

• Rockstar level skills in interactive and web design

• Proficient with the following software tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite (CS5)

• Experience in building high-quality GIFs is a plus.

• An eye-popping portfolio of your design, interactive, and animation/motion projects.

• Ability to work fast, solve problems and deliver against deadlines

• A “Can-do” attitude and willingness to learn and grow at a fast-paced technology company.

• Ability to communicate your ideas and collaborate with team members

Location

This is a full-time role and the preferred location is Helsinki or Tallinn. However, if you are located in a different city or country then a remote work option is available.
