InovoTech Consulting is growing at a rapid rate and is now looking for Sales Intern (Lead generation specialist and Business development) . We are looking for experienced candidates that are interested in joining an exciting stage of a fast changing company in its early stage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep knowledge of our services, market, and industry.

• Identify firms and key stakeholders in our target market that fit the set criteria for sales qualification.

• Collect contact information, firmographic data, and other relevant data points on prospects through data mining tools and thorough research.

• Perform deep discovery to identify opportunities, pain points, trigger events, as well as the prospect’s timeline and budget constraints that the sales team can use as leverage for pitching and closing.

• Gather in-depth information on prospects to hone the sales pitch and personalize our outreach.

• Input prospects and relevant information in the CRM; regularly update and maintain the CRM.

• Communicate with other members of the sales team to ensure alignment of goals.

   

Requirements:

• Graduates and students in the field of sales, marketing, business development, or communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields

• CRM experience preferred but not required

• Excellent critical thinking and research skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. Swedish language is a plus.
