We are seeking an ambitious and well-organized person to improve and grow our Content Library of 8000+ logos, as well as grow our community of professional logo designers. The role will start off as an internship role - but can turn into a full-time position 🚀.

🚀 Who are we?

NewGlue is a groundbreaking design- and branding platform that, through a technical solution and creative tools, allows small businesses to design professional content WITH A CLICK - including high-quality and professional logos and branding. Logos are uploaded to our Marketplace by professional logo designers all over the world, and then presented automatically with mockups, matching photos, generated fonts and color palettes. 2021 will be a big year for our startup, with many exciting news on the horizon including a larger funding round end of year.

🦸 How is it working at NewGlue?

You need to be already living in Sweden and have permission to work in Sweden. Unfortunately we can not consider applicants from outside of Sweden.

You will have a key role in our team and mainly be responsible for improving our logo library and designer community. You will work with our experienced team of design, business, technology and branding experts. You will experience working in a fast-paced, energetic environment where your work reaches real customers from all over the world. Working with senior members of the team, you will quickly learn about what it takes to grow an online business according to the needs of NewGlue’s customers (working with both designers and clients).

💼 Responsibilities and tasks

• Structure and grow NewGlue's logo library and Marketplace

  • Improve search results by reviewing and updating tagging and keywords

  • Structure logos in our system so that customers can better find the right results in our Marketplace

  • Be part of creating a new tagging system to improve results on our Marketplace

  
  

• Build out NewGlue's community of professional logo designers

  • Reach out to top logo designers on Dribbble, Behance and other design networks to get them to join NG

  • Communicate with designers via email and chat

  
  

👴🏻 Experience Required

• Experience in administrative work and content management

• Very organised and high level of attention to detail

• Communicative and open to talking to content creators (i.e. logo designers) all over the world

• An interest in design is a plus

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

• Flexible and able to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

💰 Salary

• 10 000 SEK fixed base salary per month during internship
