We expect our future Sales director to lead from the front, and actively participate in the sales process.
What you will do:
As sales director for the danish market, you will own the sales cycle from SQL to won deal.
In 2021 you will be tasked with expanding the danish sales operation from 2 people to 5 people.
Lead the recruiting process and the continuous training of the existing team.
Own the CRM usage and process
Be overall responsible for the fulfillment of the sales KPI's
Reporting to senior management
Ensure the happiness of the team
What you need to have:
5+ Years of leadership experience
5+ Years of sales experience
A good understanding of CRM
Deep knowledge in selling to SMB's
(It's a plus if you have experience from a SaaS business)
