In a very short period of time, our legal platform Aatos.app has become a significant player in the field of family law. By utilising features such as multi-platform support, user-centric design and eSigning, Aatos brings the personal legal industry to the 2020s. Aatos.app is the most advanced and powerful personal legal platform in Finland and we are currently preparing for our international expansion.

We are now looking to expand our core team in Helsinki by hiring a Digital Legal Operations Specialist, Sweden to help us in our expansion to the Swedish market. You'll be a crucial part of our team in our expansion to take our digital legal service to the Nordics.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Legal customer service and daily operations - Help our Swedish users with their legal questions and take care of the day-to-day operations in the Swedish market.

• Service localisation - With the help of our technology and legal team localise our current digital legal services to fit the Swedish market.

• Innovate new digital legal services - As a Digital Legal Operations Specialist you'll be participating in designing new digital services for the Nordic market.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Legal experience - You can be a law student or a lawyer at the early stages of your career. Experience in family law and/or Swedish law are a big plus. On top of this, you should show great passion for utilising your legal understanding to help innovate new digital solutions in the area of family law.

• Innovative thinker and can-do attitude - A desire to think outside the box and take action on implementing new concepts and ideas is crucial in your job. We are constantly improving our platform to even better meet the legal needs of our clients, and thus you need to be eager to innovate new solutions to meet the needs.

• Swedish language skills - Fluent Swedish language skills are a must to be able to assist our Swedish customers in their questions and help develop our digital service further.

• Interest in technology - A deep interest in technology and digital solutions will greatly help you in your role. You don't need to be a programmer to succeed in your job but an interest in tech and open minded attitude is needed.

• Strong communication skills - As part of your job is to help our Swedish users with their questions regarding their legal problems, you will need strong communication skills and a will to offer exceptional customer service.
