What role are you looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Copenhagen-based team. We would love someone who has worked in a couple of different places (around 4 years or more of experience), tried on different team-sizes, and a couple of contexts. Someone experienced with the product-centric approach, understands that Why becomes before What and can turn that into a UI and UX experience.

Goodiebox is undergoing a radical transformation, from a beauty-box subscription to a tech-happiness platform. At the core is a member centric approach where we step beyond just a physical product, into a holistic digital experience.

For this, we need someone who can help us with our design and experience, so we ensure that we both externally and internally create the flows that helps members and the company alike in getting the best outcome.

You get to have a large say in how we tackle all of it. We want your opinions, experiences, and skills to help us figure out the right problems, and create the right solutions for them.

What would you do?

You would be our guiding light when it comes to turning abstract vision into a beautiful digital experience. In close collaboration with tech and product, you will create the digital designs and own the iteration on these. We don’t believe in siloed pixel-perfect PSD handovers, but a common approach where we work together to achieve the result we want.

Something you might be be doing:

• Collaborative creation of digital designs for our web experience

• Development of a design system and pattern library for the Goodiebox brand identity

• Product experiments for UI/UX flows

• Flow and story mapping

• Collaborating with our Brand Designers on the next big campaign

• Using collaborative tools like Figma and setting up design systems, you will help us work more efficiently, so we all can spend time on what matters.

• Should you have some experience with frontend technology, that would be nice, but definitely not a requirement.

• It’s the UI that would occupy most of your time, but no UI is perfect without a good understanding of the UX. So some time will be spent here too.
