Flockler is a social media marketing platform helping marketers to gather and display social media feeds in various digital services. Our clients include the likes of GoPro, Metallica, Campari, Audi, and many more.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and execution-focused CTO/Tech Lead to join our growing team. The perfect candidate has strong leadership skills and experience in developing scalable, well-documented applications and microservices.

You will be leading the technical direction and quality of development. In addition to three backend and three frontend developers, you will be collaborating with the business and customer success team to ensure the technical development fuels business growth.

Our 800+ clients generate a sometimes substantially high load on the service with Flockler’s solution embedded in popular websites and apps worldwide. The Flockler app contains integrations to social media APIs and a lot of nearly real-time updating data streams. Flockler’s solution consists of several interconnected apps, but currently, the main application of Flockler runs on AWS + Kubernetes with Ruby on Rails and Redis in the core and React on the frontend.

As our new CTO/Tech Lead, you will be responsible for our future tech stack choices; helping our team members to choose the best technologies and frameworks that scale with our client growth.
