Help Build the future of corporate banking apps

You will work in the development department where we have 3 dedicated teams that deliver platform and functionality to our customers. You will be working in one of the feature teams reporting to the Head of Application engineering and you can choose to work from either the Odense or Copenhagen office.

We are a flat organization that believes in Lean, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, Continuous Deployment as well as trust, freedom and responsibility for the team and the individual employee.

You are,

• Skilled, Cardlay has both web applications and mobile apps in production so it would be great if you have experience in building backends for them but also willing and able to help in other areas every now and then.

• Happy to collaborate, it’s important to share knowledge, you should be comfortable coding with others and work cross-team with product managers, designers & stakeholders

You will

• Develop features in one or more layers of the stack.

• Participate in the entire product life cycle

• Help product owner mature epics and stories

• Help UX and Designers with options for implementation

• Move new features into production

• Ensure quality deployments together with your team

• Make sure your code is maintainable, testable and secure

• Help the team and department ensure platform is stable and bug free

You must have:

• Strong experience with java based service oriented applications

• Knowledge of the requirements to the APIs that come from iOS, Android apps

• Experience with Spring Boot, SQL, Hibernate

• Interested in software architecture

• Believe in writing automated tests
