Brick is currently looking for an Experienced Developer to join our growing team in Stockholm. We are in an exciting phase where our platform (App, Middleware, and Hardware) must evolve quickly in order to ensure continued scalability and growth of the product across new markets while adding new product features. You will be part of taking decisions on what architecture and technologies are best suited for our future challenges.

So, what do we do

Our app enables users to rent and return powerbanks from our stations, available at our partner venues all around Sweden and Berlin (...and soon Europe), including Åhléns, Starbucks, AMF Fastigheter, Subway, and many more.

What would our next Developer do:

• Implementing, maintaining, and improve features on our platforms

• Maintaining an IT-architecture over Brick’s entire tech-stack

• Develop and maintain product roadmap for what features to implement

• Attention to detail to ensure the quality of code

• Influence which tools, programming languages, and technologies you work with

• Perform QA and ensure all releases are ready for deployment

We’re looking for:

• A few years of development experience

• Experience in some of the techniques and languages we use (see below)

• Have been an active participant in successful app development projects

• Innovative thinking and curiosity – questioning paradigms

• A hands-on get-stuff-done mentality
