Kodit.io, one of Europe's leading real estate technology startups, is looking for ambitious individuals to join 6 month paid internship program in real estate operations.

In this position you will learn:

• Basics of data driven real estate appraisal and liquidity analysis

• Legislation and best practices in different types of real estate transactions

• Real estate sales and marketing

• Required knowledge to obtain LKV (Legalised Real Estate Agent) license

We are looking for candidates that are:

• Business students or recent graduates with business degree

• Commercially oriented

• Interested in pursuing career in real estate and/or startups

• Highly motivated, efficient, accurate and responsible

• Strong communicators

• Able to take ownership of tasks and projects

• Willing and able to learn fast and react in a dynamic work environment

• Language skills: Finnish (fluent), English (fluent)
