We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Customer Success specialist  who understands the importance of awesome customer service and appreciates providing it. Become part of a team, which operates as the heart of the company managing day to day operations to build and maintain close relationships with our clients and ensure their full understanding and utilization of all the powerful features that Parent has to offer and to make sure their organizations and staff are well onboarded around our solution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop client satisfaction

  • Act as trusted advisor, making sure all inquires are answered in professional and friendly manner.

  • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience by being an internal customer voice and provide solid feedback to keep improving our features in products and sales.

  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer requirements and needs

  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support

  • Understand our clients business requirements and help them map their requirements in Parent and utilize all the software's features 

  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base

  • Promote referral program for existing and non-existing customers

  • Monitor, track, and develop strategies to increase positive reviews & mitigate negative reviews 

  • Manage promotional programs and customer feedback initiatives  

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer support experience preferred

  • Native Danish written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  •
