We are looking for a true master at creating uniquely useful products. As Design Lead you will own discovery, user insights, stakeholder management, feature prioritization and much more.

Who are you...

You have 3+ years of relevant experience - working in the medical field is a plus, and helps understand the complex eco-system of a hospital. A master graduate in engineering, design, research or other relevant educational background. You specialize in user-driven design and development of products and understand how to “build the right thing”. You have a feel for the interplay between providing a good experience and communicating the value of our features at the right time, in the right way.

Your role at Teton.ai... At Teton.ai you will be working with actual patients and hospital staff as well as development. It's crucial that you are comfortable with human interaction in uncomfortable situations. Being able to communicate and synthesize relevant insight from users is alpha omega. As lead you will be asked to drive and own the discovery process - this requires a high degree of confidence and responsibility. At Teton.ai you will be part of a smaller team and the assignments can vary in character – so it’s super important that you are self-driven and comfortable with jumping on a project and helping when need be. A successful candidate will work well under pressure when things are moving fast. You are self-propelled, structured, and very detail oriented.

You will…

• Scope, plan and lead service design projects at hospitals.

• Plan and carry out research and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to understand our users needs; and use this insight to work with multiple disciplines (UX and UI design, developers, engineers and others) to improve every aspect of our products.

• Turn user insights and identified opportunities into differentiating concepts, prototypes and solutions.

• Play a key role on how to improve the final product and feature discovery. Ensure that our solutions are realized, implemented and delivered on a high level .

• Fluent in English & Danish is a big plus since user interaction will take place internationally and nationally.
